Arsenal hero Frank McLintock says they need two more additions.
McLintock hopes manager Arsene Wenger hasn't closed his chequebook.
“I would still like to see another couple of players come in," he told talkSPORT.
“Olivier Giroud has done a good job up front and hopefully he will continue to do that but if he gets injured no one has really replaced that position.
“Theo Walcott talks about playing there but he is a little bit inconsistent and lacks experience to be your number one man there.
“You've also got one defensive central midfield player at the moment in Coquelin.
“Some Arsenal players have months and months out, we have seen that over the years, and if that happens to Coquelin there is no one there, except possibly Calum Chambers, who can replace him."
