Arsenal are set to miss a number of key players through injuries and suspension for the FA Cup final against Chelsea on Saturday.
Manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed in his pre-match conference that defender Gabriel has been ruled for up to eight weeks with a knee injury while Shkodran Mustafi is also a doubt.
He said: "Gabriel is out for six to eight weeks. We had a scare about his cruciate, but it's only a knee ligament, so the positive is that he avoids surgery. He's out until the beginning of August now, certainly.
"Mustafi, we still have some worries about. He's still sick at the moment and has not trained yet."
Centre-back Laurent Koscielny has already been ruled out after picking up a red card against Everton.
However, there was also some positive news on the injury front as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has resumed full training.
Wenger added: "Oxlade-Chamberlain is in contention because he's back in training."
