Thierry Henry admits it is a good move by MLS to bring in a second side in New York but insists he is only focused on New York Red Bulls at the moment.
New York City FC will enter MLS in 2015 and although Arsenal great Henry says it is a positive for Manchester City and New York Yankees to work together in bringing in the expansion franchise, he has made it clear that is not worried about them just yet.
"I think it's good for the league. Other than that, we have our own stuff to deal with right now, on our mind," said Henry.
"When they're going to come into the league, this club is going to think about it. But right now, it's a good thing for the league, but I'm only concentrating on who's in our conference right now. Right now, they're not.
"When they're going to come around, we will think about therm. But right now that's not even in my mind. They're going to be (inaudible), and it's good for the league. But as far as I'm concerned, that's it."
