Former Arsenal defender Lee Dixon has applauded manager Arsene Wenger's stirring speech at the club's Annual General Meeting on Thursday.
Wenger called for supporters and shareholders to get behind his philosophy and not lose faith with what they are trying to achieve at the Emirates Stadium and Dixon feels that all involved with the club should be backing the French tactician.
"We've seen protests and booing at other clubs, like Wolves and Blackburn, and it doesn't do anybody any good," said Dixon.
"Everyone needs to stick together. The fans have huge power and that shouldn't be underestimated.
"I've always backed Arsene and I always will. He's the heart and soul of the club, he's doing it the right way and for the right reasons.
"I think it's frustrating at times. Being a fan, you want to see the best players playing for our club but you have to stay together."
