France international defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa is back on Arsenal's radar.
The People says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants to ship out Sebastien Squillaci this month and is eyeing the young Montpellier star as a replacement.
Yanga-Mbiwa, 23, can play in central defence or at right-back and has won three caps for France.
He helped Montpellier to the title last season and Arsenal made a bid during the summer when they signed Olivier Giroud from the same club - despite Yanga-Mbiwa saying his dream move would be to Manchester United.
