Benfica have dropped their interest in Arsenal fullback Armand Traore.

Traore actually went as far as having a medical in Lisbon after the two clubs had agreed a £3.4 million fee for the Frenchman.

But Traore's personal demands proved too rich for Benfica chiefs to consider and he flew back to London on the weekend with the deal now having broken down.
