Arsenal fullback Bacary Sagna feels Tottenham fans should be proud of their team this season.
Sagna, who will be primed with the task of stifling Gareth Bale, admits the atmosphere is likely to increase given Spurs' recent success.
"The rivalry may be more intense this season," Sagna told the London Evening Standard. "They are very competitive. They are doing well in the Champions League and the Premier League. We know it is going to be difficult for us but it will be difficult for them as well.
"If I was a Spurs fan, I would be proud of their team but I am Arsenal and I am proud of what we are achieving."
