Arsenal fullback Bacary Sagna is keen to remain in England next season.
Sagna is off contract in June and the Daily Star says it will not be with the Gunners after rejecting their offer of a new deal.
According to reports in France Sagna, who has become increasingly disappointed by Arsenal's failure to provide a suitable new deal, will instead decide over a summer switch to either Chelsea or Manchester City.
The Gunners offered Sagna only a two-year extension at the Emirates Stadium worth £75,000-a-week - however the former Auxerre man wants a weekly wage of £100,000 plus a signing-on fee.
