Arsenal fullback Nacho Monreal admits England's winter weather has taken him by shock.

Monreal expected a different style of football after signing from Malaga on deadline day - but the £8.3million man never expected the winter to last until April.

The Spaniard, 27, said: "The worst change for me is the difference between a very hot town in the south of Spain and the freezing cold weather over here!

"But London is one of the best, perhaps even the best, city in Europe."
