Arsenal fullback Carl Jenkinson is committed to England.

The Daily Star Sunday says he will snub Mixu ­Paatelainen's offer to represent Finland and hold out for an England call-up.

Arsenal right-back Jenkinson, 20, is wanted by Finland boss Paatelainen but Three Lions chief Roy Hodgson has hinted the young Gunner may yet be in his plans.

Hodgson said: "I am aware Finland are after Jenkinson. I spoke to Mixu and he mentioned it. But he's on our radar and someone we're keen to explore."
