After featuring for England U17s in 2008, Essex-born Jenkinson then went on to play for Finland at both U19 and Under-21 level for who he qualifies due to his Finnish mother.
Now committed to England, Jenkinson told theFA.com: “It will be strange for me, but I know it’s a game that we can’t take lightly because they have some talented players.
“They are a very hard working side and I know they’ll be more than up for playing against England.
“It will be a massive game for them and they’ll see it as an opportunity to impress, so we’ve got to be cautious of that and have got to be on our mettle if we want to come out on top.”
