Arsenal fullback Cohen Bramall is delighted with his move to Birmingham City.

Bramall and Carl Jenkinson have both joined Birmingham on-loan from the Gunners.

He told the Birmingham Mail: "A few people down at Arsenal thought it might be better if I went out in January but I wanted a season-long loan.

“I can see what Harry (Redknapp) wanted and I spoke to him on the phone and I said: 'If I'm going to come, I need to play', and he said I will."

Asked what would make his time at St Andrew's a success, Bramall added: “Getting promoted. You can train as best you want but if you can get the win and three points, that's what I'm aiming to do with the boss.

“I hate losing, it's one of the worst things. I hate losing. I'm a winner."
