Arsenal fullback Bellerin: I am dedicating my work to all fans

Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin is convinced of a huge 2018 personally.

Bellerin, linked with a move to Barcelona, has stuck with Arsenal through thick and thin and believes now is the time to reap the rewards.

The 22-year-old Spain international said: “For me, 2018 is a very important year because it also comes with a World Cup .

“My dream is to avoid injuries, to win a trophy with Arsenal - any trophy - and then to go to Russia with Spain. This could be the most important year in my career."

Bellerin is closing in on 150 appearance for Arsenal already - and having come through the youth team at the Emirates has little hesitation in revealing his New Year's wish...

“That would be to win the Premier League with Arsenal, of course," he said. “But I know that this season it is going to be very difficult.

“You can never give up, but right now Manchester City are so far ahead, you have to say they will be champions.

“So my New Year's message to the Arsenal fans is just to say that I will dedicate my work to them. They are amazing and they deserve all the victories we can get because they support us everywhere.

“From a sporting point of view my highlight of 2017 was winning the FA Cup and we all want more."
