Arsenal are burning off competition from PSG for Matteo Guendouzi.

The FC Lorient midfielder will be in London today to undergo a medical and sign terms with the Gunners.

Paris United says PSG were also seeking talks with Guendouzi, who had spent time with the club's academy. But the midfielder has settled on moving to Arsenal.

Guendouzi enjoyed an outstanding season in Ligue 2 last term and his form was enough to convince Arsenal to make a move.

The 19 year-old is a France U20 international.
