Arsenal fan Piers Morgan has attempted to lure Chelsea captain John Terry to the Gunners.
Morgan revealed on Twitter he spent 20 minutes trying to convince Terry to follow former teammate Petr Cech and make the switch from Stamford Bridge to the Emirates Stadium.
Morgan apparently told Terry he was out of favour with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, as the Blues continue their pursuit of Everton centre-back John Stones.
Spent 20 minutes trying to persuade John Terry to join Arsenal last night, using the 'Jose don't love you any more' line.
I failed.

Yes. Mr Terry was charming in person - very disappointing. > RT @laura_wright30@piersmorgan has he changed your opinions of him?

Morgan also revealed what he thinks Arsenal require in the transfer market to become a genuine title contender.
We need 3 to compete: world class striker, big nasty CDM & quick, experienced central defender. https://t.co/Jao6nvBQCs
