Arsenal face a battle to secure Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone as Arsene Wenger's successor.
The Sun says Inter are ready to pay an unbelievable £42.5million to beat Arsenal to Simeone.
Simeone continues to hint towards an Inter switch at some point in the future, despite being lined up by Arsenal as Wenger's replacement.
And it's reported the now-rich Serie A club will meet Simeone's release clause at the end of the campaign – said to be worth a staggering £42.5m.
It would blow any other previous compensation settlements for managers out of the water.
