Arsenal face competition for Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper Yannick Sommer.

According to German media sources, Arsenal are in advanced negotiations with the Switzerland international.

Sommer is being lined up by the Gunners as they prepare to lose both Petr Cech and David Ospina this summer.

However, WAZ says Arsenal face competition from Barcelona for the World Cup star.

Barca see Sommer as a replacement for Jasper Cillessen, who is eager to leave the Nou Camp in search for regular first team football.
