Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing AS Monaco midfielder Joao Moutinho.
The Mail on Sunday says Arsene Wenger, however, is unlikely to endorse spending the recently quoted £30m price tag for the Portugal midfielder.
Moutinho joined ASM last year from Porto, having come close to joining Andre Villas-Boas at Tottenham.
