Arsenal are being linked with CSKA Moscow striker Seydou Doumbia.
The Daily Mail says the Ivory Coast striker has been told he can leave for the right price and was hoping to secure a move to the Premier League this summer.
Arsenal, Manchester City, United and Liverpool are keen, but all have been put off by CSKA's demands for £25m.
The price has fluctuated with the Russians ready to accept £16m with add-ons at one stage, however, clubs have since prioritised other targets.
English agent James Featherstone has secured the mandate and is looking to resurrect a deal with all the top sides showing interest and January's window could be interesting for him.
