Sport says Arsene Wenger has not given up hope of signing Manolas.

The Arsenal boss is looking to bring in a potential replacement for Per Mertesacker, who is rumoured to be leaving the Emirates at the end of the season.

Arsenal were interested in Manolas over the summer, but a move never materialised.
