Arsenal are set to trump Newcastle United for Plymouth Argyle prospect Aaron Spear.
The Sun says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wants £1m-rated Spear, who has already held talks with Newcastle executive director Dennis Wise and also interests Portsmouth.
