Arsenal are eager to secure two key players to new contracts.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the Gunners are determined to agree deals for both Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

The attacking pair are both contracted until the summer of 2018 but the North London club are desperate to tie them down with new and improved proposals.

It is understood that Gunners chiefs want to quickly finalise fresh deals for the German playmaker and Chilean forward who currently earn £140,000 and £130,000 per week respectively.

Arsenal are believed to be supremely confident of securing Ozil but remain less assured of tying down Sanchez who reportedly wants a massive pay increase as well as a buy-out clause inserted into his contract.
