Arsenal are pushing Gremio to sign permanently Andre Santos.

The Daily Mail says Arsenal are desperate to get Santos, who earns in the region of £45,000-per-week, off the wage bill on permanent basis.

But they are now faced with the prospect of forking out for yet another player they have deemed surplus to requirements.
