Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen has been impressed by his new teammates.

Spain international Cazorla joined up with his new team-mates at their German training camp on Monday and he, together with young winger Serge Gnabry, have impressed Vermaelen.

"Cazorla has trained two or three times and he fits in really well with the Arsenal philosophy and how we want to play," Vermaelen told arsenal.com. "He is a great signing.

"This is the first time I have seen Serge, but you can see he is really quick, good with the ball and a really talented player."
