Arsenal defender Mikael Silvestre admits he's been spoilt working with Arsene Wenger and Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The defender said: "Sir Alex and Arsene are really passionate about their jobs and want to be the best. That's the only way to win trophies.
"They could have been great managers anywhere, not only in sport, but in any other company or business. They're natural leaders and are very clever which you have to be to stay at that level.
"It is only England where you have that specialty of the manager who controls everything and that's good.
"They are first at the training ground and last to leave. The only way to get the results is to work hard, and they are prepared to work harder than the others."
So does Silvestre want to be a manager when he hangs up his boots?
He added: "I'm very lucky to have learned from those two big managers so why not leave the door open.
"There cannot be two better managers to learn from. I will have the answer straightaway, whether I have learned well or not."
