Arsenal defender Johan Djourou has lost an expensive watch while on loan at Hamburg.

The Daily Mail says Djourou's loan spell at Hamburg has taken another turn for the worst after the Arsenal defender had an £83,000 watch stolen from the team hotel.

Djourou and teammate Jacques Zoma had left their bags in the lobby of a city centre hotel in Hamburg while they went for a meal.

Upon returning, the bags had been taken, along with Djourou's expensive timepiece - bought from a London jewellers - and wallet.
