Arsenal defender Johan Djourou hopes they can land Lille striker Gervinho.

The Switzerland international is a big fan of Gervinho.

"Gervinho is a quality player and I would love him to join Arsenal," said Swiss international Djourou, who was born in Ivory Coast.

"He can be a good player for us, he can play in any position in the offensive area, the fans will love him because he is an exciting player."
