Arsenal defender Derek Boateng enjoyed his loan spell at Swindon Town.

Having spent two months on loan with Swindon and Paolo Di Canio, Boateng is keen to get back into competitive first-team football.

"That was a really good experience for me," he told arsenal.com. "I only started two games, which was not ideal, but being around the first team and a group of players going for a league title was a very good experience."
