Arsenal defender Andre Santos rejected a move to Galatasaray last week.

The Mirror says Andre Santos turned down a move to Galatasaray - but the Turkish giants are likely come back in the summer.

Brazilian left back Santos, 29, has endured a torrid time at Arsenal this season and Galatasaray offered him an escape route.

Santos wanted to stay and fight for his place but, with new £8m signing Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs likely to be ahead of him in the long term, the Turkish club seem certain to come back.
