Chelsea are tracking Arsenal de Sarandi star Franco Jara.
An Argentina U20 international forward, Jara has been likened to Atletico Madrid star Sergio Aguero and is a regular with Arsenal.
Along with Chelsea, AC Milan have also posted scouts to watch Jara in action this season, says Record.
