Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is using cryotherapy to speed up his recovery from a foot injury.
He has been sidelined with a fractured foot since England's friendly against Denmark earlier this month, and Wilshere is pulling out all the stops to be fit for the title run-in.
Wilshere tweeted:
12 minutes of Chryotherapy to aid recovery!! -100 Degrees...wish me luck!!! #Brrrrrrrpic.twitter.com/B7eJkfRxxv
