Arsenal have coughed up £1 million for 16 year-old French striker Gilles Sunu from Chateauroux.
The 16-year-old son of a former Togo international has signed a four-year deal.
Sunu's transfer will cost Arsenal an initial £1million and could rise to up to £2.7m.
He was signed on the recommendation of the club's French scout Gilles Grimandi.
