Arsenal are locked in talks with Lyon for Alexandre Lacazette.

The Gunners had a £29m bid rejected by the Ligue 1 club last week, who released a statement insisting their star striker is not for sale.

However, Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol broke the news and tweeted: "Arsenal working hard to sign Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette.

"Two clubs still in talks to agree a fee."

Lyon manager Bruno Genesio has gone against the club's public stance and admitted they could cash in on Lacazette.

Genesio said: "There are some offers that you cannot refuse."
