Dynamo Kiev's Senegalese centre half Pape Diakhate is interesting Arsenal.
The Mirror says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is targeting a new centre-half - with William Gallas set to leave after holding out for a new two-year deal.
But Wenger will be shopping on a budget and has warned it is unlikely Arsenal will be looking at signing players for big money this summer, even with a £30m budget.
