Arsenal have secured promising goalkeeper Ryan Huddart to a new contract.

The 19-year-old has put pen to a fresh deal having impressed for both the U18s and U21s this season.

Huddart has previously been involved in first-team squads when he was named on the bench in last season's Champions League group stage against Borussia Dortmund and Anderlecht.

Of the England youth international, the club released a short statement saying: "Young goalkeeper Ryan Huddart has signed a new contract with the club.

"Everyone at Arsenal would like to congratulate Ryan on his new contract, and looks forward to his continued progress with the club."
