Arsenal are competing with Chelsea for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey.
The Mirror says the Jamaican-born winger, 20, has been a stunning success for the Bundesliga side since his £12million move from Belgian side Genk in January.
His form has attracted the attention of the two London clubs, who have both been closely monitoring him.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger views a £15m swoop for Bailey as a very sound investment.
But the Gunners will face competition from Chelsea.
