Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has again raided Barcelona for a top prospect.
The Mirror says Wenger has won his battle with Tottenham and Manchester City over 16-year-old defender Julio Pleguezuel.
The Gunners boasted former Barca juniors Jon Toral and Hector Bellerin in their NextGen team last season.
