Arsenal management are convinced they'll clinch the signing of AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.
The Daily Mail says the Gunners have had bids of £30million and £40m for the winger rejected by Monaco so far this summer.
Emirates officials believe that their next offer, which is thought to be more than £45m, will be enough for the 21–year-old.
Speaking on Tuesday from the club's tour of Australia, manager Arsene Wenger confirmed that Lemar was on his radar.
"He's a player that we follow yes, we look at," the Frenchman said of a player who has won five caps for France.
"We are looking at more signings. But there's nothing really concrete about any signings."
