Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has asked fans of the club to remain patient regarding Robin van Persie.
Much has been made about the Gunners captain's future in North London with plenty of clubs around Europe showing strong interest but Gazidis says there will be no decision made until after he has returned from his duties with the Holland national team at euro2012.
"We ask for our fans to be patient while Robin participates in an important tournament.""As for Robin, we had a good discussion with him at the end of the season and we agreed that he will focus on the European Championships and we wouldn't say anything about the discussions," he told the club's official website.
