Arsenal, Chelsea won't let PSG have free run at Pato

Arsenal and Chelsea won't let PSG have a free run at AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato this month. PSG and Milan are both in Dubai this week, along with Pato's agent, with talk of a €40 million bid on the table.

However, Arsenal and Chelsea are also interested in the Brazilian and are encouraged by noises coming out of the player's camp that he is reluctant to move to a second tier competition like Ligue 1.

Despite public denials from Milan, Gazzetta dello Sport says Pato is becoming increasingly isolated at the Rossoneri and only communicates with his fellow Brazilians in the squad.

One teammate admitted: "He doesn't know if they're going to kick him out."
