Adrian Rabiot has declared his situation at PSG as being on "standby".
The young midfielder has so far refused to accept new terms tabled by PSG and his stand-off has alerted the interest of Arsenal and Chelsea.
"The situation is always on stand-by, there is nothing new. Actually it is only a matter of time, money doesn't have anything to do with it, I want to be convinced that I'll have my space.
