Reports suggest that Mario Mandzukic has prepared himself for a summer departure from Bayern Munich.
The 27-year old Croatian striker is believed to be unhappy at the Allianz Arena after missing out on the German Cup final win over Borussia Dortmund on the weekend.
Mandzukic fell out of favour with Pep Guardiola in the second half of the season and has readied himself for an exit by clearing out his locker at Bayern according to The Mirror.
The former Wolfsburg ace is a target for Chelsea, who are pondering a swap-deal with David Luiz, while Arsenal are also keen as they look to strengthen their attack during the off-season.
