Chelsea and Arsenal are on red alert for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay. PSV are closing in on Malmo attacking midfielder Ola Toivonen, who is seen as a direct replacement for Afellay.
Afellay is ready to quit PSV and all indications are that coach Huub Stevens is prepared to sell in January.
