Chelsea and Arsenal are keeping tabs on Alberto Aquilani's situation at Roma.

Roma have put on-hold all new contract talks as they attempt to dig their way out of a crisis and Il Romanista says that has alerted Chelsea and Arsenal.

Both Premiership clubs are keen on Aquilani, who is now inside the final two years of his current deal and has been waiting for over six months to settle on new terms.
