Teenage Bordeaux star Henri Saivet is a target for Arsenal and Chelsea.

The Mirror says the 18-year-old striker is well known to Gunners manager Arsene Wenger, who has been monitoring his progress for some time.

But Chelsea have made the acquisition of some of Europe's top young talent a priority this season, after falling behind Manchester United and Arsenal in that area.

France Under-17 star Saivet became Bordeaux's youngest ever professional when he signed his first contract in 2007.

The Senegal-born is well known in the French league for his searing pace.
