Premier League clubs are in contact for Celta Vigo for Nolito.
The attacker is expected to sign for Barcelona in January.
However, Marca says English clubs are also in talks with Celta about a deal for Nolito.
The identity of the clubs involved was not disclosed, but Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton have been linked with the Spain international.
Nolito's current contract carries an €18 million buyout clause.
