Barcelona winger Rafinha is eyeing a move to the Premier League.
The Mirror says Rafinha's father, Mazinho, says he and older brother Thiago Alcantara, who is set to join Manchester United, could move to England this summer.
Rafinha is being linked with Arsenal and Chelsea.
