Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is chasing PSG defender Mamadou Sakho.
The Sunday Mirror says Sakho is already in the France national squad at the age of 21.
He is also captain of his club Paris St.Germain. He has been watched by a whole string of English clubs including Manchester United, Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham.
But the strong French connection at Arsenal make them favourites if they will meet the £10 million asking price.
