Arsenal are being linked with Olympique Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda.
The Daily Star says sources in France claim Arsene Wenger is ready to plunge back into the transfer market for a shot stopper this summer, following Wojciech Szczesny's performance against Bayern Munich.
The Poland international was sent-off late in the first-half against Bayern after tripping Arjen Robben in the box and made an obscene gesture before heading down the tunnel.
It means Wenger could now be ready to search for more competition for the no.1 spot, with Mandanda making his shortlist of candidates.
