Arsenal are interested in highly-respected fitness expert Forsythe, who is Germany's head fitness coach, in an attempt to eradicate the problems.
Forsythe is currently with the German national team ahead of the World Cup in Brazil, but the Gunners are keen on luring him to north London after the tournament.
